A contemporary artist and pioneer of multifaceted three-dimensional calligraphy installations, he graduated from the China Academy of Art and began his artistic career after 10 years in museum design. He excels at utilizing new technologies, such as digital modeling, 3D printing, VR, and aerial photography, in his artistic creations. He later pioneered multifaceted three-dimensional installation art, branching out across disciplines. In 2016, he held his solo exhibition “Inheritance and Creation.” From 2017 to 2019, he designed and created themed wood sculptures for Dragon Flame, the Chinese branch of the Burning Man Festival. He is an internationally recognized installation artist. He has collaborated with numerous commercial brands, including Fuji, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, CAT, White Bear Craft Beer, Aranya, Luzhou Laojiao High-Guang, Overseas Chinese Town, ADM, Dove, and Gu Changwei Studio, to create large-scale art installations. He has been awarded the title of Cultural Exchange Ambassador by the China-Europe Cultural and Creative Center in Belgium and the NOVA Global Art X Technology Award from the Sino-French Artists Association. In April 2021, a large number of his works were exhibited at the Liu Haisu Art Museum, alongside Xu Bing’s “Book from the Sky.” In December, his work “Tree of Joy” was exhibited at the Xujiahui Catholic Church in Shanghai. In 2021, he founded Ma Shen Studio and created his own brand: Ma Jin Character Creation.
